Iquja Attorneys Ltd is a boutique legal advisory firm offering high quality attorney services to corporate clients and foundations in selected practice areas. In terms of turnover, dispute resolution is, by far, our main practice area.
About us
We accept assignments only within the stated practice areas. Being selective in our representation enables us to focus our undivided attention to the pending assignments. We do what we say we do, and we act for our clients in a timely and uncompromising manner.
Our services are not industry specific. Corporations that have used us before, tend to use us again. In no specific turnover order, we currently serve corporations operating in the following industries: Energy, energy distribution, logistics, ICT services, banking, insurance, construction and wholesale.
Our main market is Finland and the Nordics. For cross-border assignments we regularly work in co-operation with other experts.
If the suggested work does not fall within our expertise, we are more than willing to recommend a suitable colleague instead.
As a rule, we do not offer any kind of tax advisory, nor do we assist in M&A.
